Concept

The Agricultural aggregation is an innovative model for organizing   farmers around private actor or professional organizations (individual or corporate including cooperatives, associations or economic interest groups) aiming the implementation of an agricultural aggregation project. This model is based on a contract between aggregators holding processing units and producers individually or organized in the framework of cooperatives or economic interest groups (referred to as aggregees).

As part of this contract, the aggregator is committed in particular to advise aggregees  and acquire their production under the terms of the aggregation contract. On their part, the aggregees will be committed to respect the technical operations that are recommended by the aggregator and deliver to him the agreed production.

Thus, this organizational model allows in particular agro industrial stackeholders to secure supplies for their units with a traceable and guaranteed quality of production. It enables aggregees to benefit from the modern techniques of production, financing, as well as the access to domestic and foreign markets.
